Status Updates & Tracking

With regular communication throughout the appraisal process, USamc maintains constant contact with the client. We notify the client when important steps along the way have been completed, including when the appraiser accepts the assignment, when the inspection is scheduled, when the property has been inspected, when the report is being reviewed, and when the report is delivered. Reports are delivered complete with a PDF and XML, the SSRs for UCDP, Appraiser Independence Certificate, review findings, and invoice. Additionally, a status update can be requested at any time conveniently through the management system or by contacting us via phone or email.
