Appraisal Report Tracking

Every step of the Appraisal Management process is communicated during this progression:

  • Assigned: information when the order is assigned to the appraiser
  • Accepted: information when the assignment is Accepted by the Appraiser
  • Scheduled: information when the inspection is scheduled with date/time
  • Inspected:  information when the inspection occurred as scheduled
  • Being Typed: information when the report is being typed and is on track for timely delivery
  • In Review: information when the report is delivered and being reviewed by a qualified USamc Review Appraiser
  • Delivered to Client: the final completed revised report is delivered to the client
